The way I see it, F/A-18F + LASM/QAAM is the best setup for Anchorhead Raid.

Start out with LASM, take out all Aegis systems and ships, then QAAM, then LASM again for The Pristine Fleet and QAAM again for the showdown with Rage and Scream.
