ACE COMBAT 7 SKIES UNKNOWN - GAF-1 Varcolac Mod Showcase
164Made first appearance in ACX and ACJA, the Varcolac is a multirole aircraft with its arsenal that competes against both Ground and Air targets. Its variants differ from each other playstyle but still have similar features.
F-15S Variant slot:
QAAM, 4AAM, LSWM, ECM, IRCM Ver. 1.
While suited with Air-to-Air Weapons, it has 2 different features that greatly enhanced its performance. ECM is similar to IEWS, buffing any of your missiles while negating enemies lockon and homing. IRCM is a Missile Countermeasure that when active, any missiles close will explode without no harm to the aircraft.
F/A-18E Variant Slot:
IRCM Ver 2, ODMM, LSWM, AIS, Flares.
While keeping weapons for both types, it defensive features goes beyond invulnerable. The IRCM in the SPW is similar to the 1st Version, but longer duration. ODMM are buffed with Splash Damage, along with other missiles properties. AIS (Aerial Interception System), when active, denies any missiles upon contact for a period of time, but it will deny your missiles as well. Flares is a great feature for backup, and i suggest you use this variant for practice on it, because sometimes you try to activate the AIS but failed to.
With its superb stats, it can VTOL, and perform AoA and PSM at any speed.
But be wise of this aircraft, cause it may have flaws, but missiles in the game are not the problem you're dealing with.
