For about a year since I started playing this game, I have not once quite yet allowed my turnips to spoil any time buying from Daisy-Mae (which she does on Sundays from 5 AM until noon) – but this is my first time here. If you wait until the next Sunday past 5 AM or time travel forward that many days, the turnips will spoil. But if you time-travel backwards at any time (even by just simply rewinding the clock by as little as just one minute and reload the software), they will spoil that way too, since time-traveling backwards is like a fake yesterday or fake sometime ago, which on the other hand will remove the watering effect on flowers and/or produce if they've previously been watered or rained or snowed on. Also, the price of turnips when you sell to the Nooklings at Nook's Cranny also decreases when the week goes by; but as always they cannot buy turnips from you on Sundays at any time due to the fact that Daisy-Mae visits your island on that day up until noon. Other than that, my museum needs the bugs that can only spawn if you have spoiled turnips dropped on the ground while outside, and this includes flies and ants – which are known to be common household pests when you leave food sitting around for hours letalone days and don't bother cleaning up the mess. The other way those bugs can spawn is if you drop any empty cans that can be fished out randomly and occasionally when fishing for small-sized fish based on their shadows in the water, or dropped lollipops and/or candy that are only obtained during the Halloween season. Other than that, I will have some pure fun after catching those common household pests and donating them to the museum.

NOTE: And please pardon the lack of a custom thumbnail for the subject of this stream, because I haven't had my turnips spoil up until doing this stream, otherwise it would be the topic of this stream.
