Fed up of the lemmings style behaviour of this A3000 board, I bought an A3000 reproduction board from Bob's Bits over on https://www.tindie.com/products/bobsb...
He has some great stuff on his tindie page and it is great to see how the passion for this kind of thing drives people to do something. We can enjoy the fruits of their labour.

In this case, enjoyment is soldering a few hundred bits without making any mistakes and will probably take me six months with my limited skills :)
