The summary at 10:55, I put the statistic of the battle and my opinion about Red Magatama.

I compared the magatama by doing battle with certain condition.
First, without magatama, the result is not as good as the other condition.
Second, with not upgraded SR Magatamas, the result is pretty good.
Third, with maxed R Magatamas, the result is really good, even though not too far from the second one, because the 2nd condition gets so many critical.
Fourth, with maxed SR Magatamas, the result is the best than the other condition, because the ATK stats is 2x higher than the 3rd condition.

You can get SR magatamas by doing Hard Time Attack. You can also get them from Normal difficulty with some chance.
Upgrading magatamas also can be cheaper than upgrading an UR weapon, because UR weapon requires so many gold if you are not getting "Superb" or "Excellent", and in upgrading UR weapon also need cube to awaken them.
By that reasons, I prefer to prioritize the magatama first, than getting the UR Arena Weapon until at least I got 3 maxed SR Magatamas.
