Activision is set to officially release a new crossbow for 'Call of Duty: Warzone' and 'Black Ops Cold War'.
After the weapon was accidentally made available and removed last week, gamers will be able to get their hands on the R1 Shadowhunter crossbow on March 24.
The item will be available in base form for those who complete an in-game challenge, or players can buy its Lancehead legendary blueprint in the 'Archaic Range' bundle.
The studio accidentally made the weapon available early, with some players spending real world money - around £10 - to access it via the in-game 'Warzone' store.
Although the crossbow wasn't usable in 'Warzone', it was in 'Black Ops Cold War', with the base version also available through a challenge.
