Donkey Kong Returns (Wii/3DS/Switch) has a hard mirror mode where you're forced to play as solo DK, everything is visually reversed, you only have 1HP (Original Mode), cannot use inventory items to lower the challenge, this is perfectionist in a coconut-shell.

I thought I should give 1HP Mirror mode a challenge by trying to take out all 8 bosses. Some were fairly easy but others were fairly brutal as the real challenge is to not make a mistake for over 2-3 minutes.
