OK so. The original upload was made in 50FPS but YouTube halved it to 25FPS; destroying the idea. Here's the intended effect via slowdown. The beginning warns you.

FUN FACT: I had to use 3rd party tools to download the original from YouTube, as the YouTube Studio Download option gave me the 360p version, and I didn't want that, I wanted the 480p version. Obviously.
