Advance Guardian Heroes TAS WIP (Up to End of Stage 1)
10Here's something I've started working on in my spare time. I'm reviving an old project from the dead, that is to say, I'm making a Tool Assisted Speedrun of Advance Guardian Heroes with the character Dylan. This game is one I really like and have a good deal of knowledge on, so I figured I may as well put that knowledge to use. ^^
This work in progress goes up to the end of Stage 1. Everything so far is optimized as best as I can make it, minus the Zur fight which I feel like redoing. The key for the Zur fight is to defeat him in a way that puts him on the right side of the screen and doesn't make him fly in the air and land on his face, as that wastes time. Also, though it is possible to defeat the cyclops with a single uncharged Lightning Spiral, I was unable to get it to work the way I wanted. Thankfully, the method I took here still ended up being faster than my previous method involving recoiling off the boss's attack and using a single lightning spiral which I was unable to replicate.
