Advanced Sound Editor Update Required
37A new version of the PX5 Advanced Sound Editor / Preset Manager software is available from http://www.turtlebeach.com/customize. Please visit the site, log in to your account and download the latest version of the software. Note that this does not affect the PX5 headset firmware.
The new version of the software addresses an issue concerning the "Check For New Updates" button in the Configuration tab. If you are using an out-of-date version of the software, you may experience sporadic freezing of the software if new firmware is available. We strongly recommend that all PX5 users upgrade to the latest version (0.9.0.1) of the software.
If you have used the PX5 Advanced Sound Editor to develop custom presets and you want to save them, please make a copy of the "Saved Presets" folder of your existing PX5 Preset Manager installation. When you install the new version, you may lose the contents of the original "Saved Presets" folder. You should copy back the contents of your "Saved Presets" folder after you have installed the new software.
