I bought the Rival battery pack and went to try it out with my Adventure Force Quantum and realized it would not close correctly. So I decided to do a little modification to the shell of the blaster in order to make it work.

I am curious if the older versions of the battery pack didn't have the clip blocking the door before the Quantum was released and it was added later to to keep people from using it?
