If you are a big fan of FPS game, Aeon is a must have. If you like VR shooter, Aeon is your answer. Aeon is a super fun and challenge VR action + shooter with potential. You not only shoot with the guns but you can cut with the sword especially for close combat and that is a really good feeling and add more fun to the game.
With “bullet time” feature this add more fun to the game when you control of time with slow motion while shoot, dodge or slice with sword. It’s make you feel like Neo in The Matrix when you can slowly to dodge bullets. You can cut the bullet
Graphics in Aeon is beautiful, very smooth and the physics are very realistic. Environment, objects and scenes are great design. The sound is amazing add pretty good atmosphere to the game.
If you like “Robo Recall” and “SUPERHOT” you will love “Aeon”. It’s like a mixed between both gamesin it’s own and unique style.

Aeon is a VR shooting game for HTC Vive. There is not much stories, we just put a pair of sharp sword on your back, hand over you two heavy calibre pistols, and let you do the kill! And we offerd you a super cool bullet time ability, Think of all those bad ass movie which has slow motion, Now you can do the same thing. There is no cool down for bullet time, but when you fire your weapon or move your hands quickly, The time speed will be incressed too. In general, the slower you move, the slower time flows, that will make the slow motion has a movie like rhythm! You have to control your body steady, observe enemy's action carefully, make the shot smartly.
We put all our hard work focus on how to make you feel fun when you use those weapons, So here is the list of what we have achived on that:
- Now you can see your whole body in a VR game and dance ( lol ), our technology will use your headset and controller position to calculate your other body parts movements. We think be able to see your body is very important! Because there is no way you can feel good with seeing amputated hands waving around.
- We put a lot effort on the reactions of enemies when they got hit, You shot different part of the enemy with different distance, they will react very differently. And we made a very very effective real-time cutting system, which allow you to use your swords to cut evrything into pieces!
- Are you sick on using a toy gun in VR games? The heavy calibre gun We offer you, they're not just louder, you can feel the huge power when you shot it! Watch the enemy be blow by your bullets!
- We dig into all details about the physique reactions, the bullet shell will bounce around and you can catch them if you're fast enough, you can turn enemy's rockets back or slash them into pieces, your can use your weapon to block the bullets or cut them, You can hold the shell of a rocket in your arms.
We devote to make the graphic and experience as real as possible, but some of our early test feedbacks shows that some players just want simple graphics to make the experience more relaxed, So we also included a simple style level in the begining, We think it will also help beginners to focus on learning battle skills.
At last, We're two indie developers, We know we don't have that much money to build huge levels, hundreds different monsters, So we put all the time on how to make you feel good by shooting and slashing. I hope you can have fun with it!

Tips: After you finish all levels, you can start over with a harder mode, you will have less health, and the enemy will be much smarter too.
