New drone footage shows the build progress of the Royal Navy's second Type 26 frigate that is being constructed in Glasgow.

The video above shows work being carried out on HMS Cardiff and the construction of a new giant BAE Systems build hall dubbed the 'Frigate Facility' which will be able to manufacture two ships side-by-side.

HMS Cardiff is one of eight City-class Type 26 frigates that will replace the Royal Navy's existing Type 23 fleet.
