In this latest round-up of wrestling game news we're talking a potential sequel for AEW Fight Forever, new DLC featuring Samoa Joe, a new AEW game entering BETA testing and details of the new 1.06 Patch Update for WWE 2K24!
Details of potential sequel plans come via a new report from Insider-Gaming.com, which claims AEW are interested in a sequel.
The article also goes on to reveal some of the problems with the development of AEW Fight Forever, noting that the general feeling was that the game was announced too early, and that this put pressure on the developers to deliver the product quicker, while other notes confirm more cut features including cross-play.
Also featured in this video we have an update on the latest AEW mobile game, AEW Figure Fighters, as the game has entered a closed beta state.
Figure Fighters, as the name suggests, sees the AEW roster in the form of action figures in an autoplay game that sees moves performed automatically, with players then having the ability to time their signature and finishing moves, level up their wrestlers and collect the AEW roster.
Lastly, we also have some new updates on WWE 2K24 following the release of patch 1.06, including full patch notes and details of what changes were made, as well as news of several layoff at Take-Two and WWE 2K.
