3A mock Afghan village has been set up in Camp Bastion to help newly arrived troops prepare for life on the frontline.
The village is currently being tested by 2nd Battalion, The Royal Anglian regiment who have taken over as the theatre reserve battalion in Cyprus.
The training includes advice for troops on how to conduct themselves at a village shura.
