Ventured out to the outermost Guardian bases on Col 173 Sector AU-Y b30-2, and found that in the Ancient Ruins (2), I was able to scan and get Guardian Data. Obelisks still had corrupted icons, but sounded and acted like Guardian Obelisks.
Wonder if it is intentional? Wonder what it could mean?
Did the Proteus blast not completely damage ALL Guardian sites. Maybe there is hope....
