When you have nobody reliable to kill Uber Medics you just have to deal with the situation as best as possible.

I tried to use the Sentry Buster detonation to take them out but my timing was off by quite a bit.
No time to throw in the towel, force the Uber and try to make the most out of it.
Analyze whats going on and take advantage of it.

Drawing aggro can be a huge deal when it comes to distracting your target from an actual threat to it. Pistols are quite effective when it comes to getting the attention of bots.
I didnt realize it at the time but the bomb reset when the Giant Soldier tried to climb over my Sentry, which made him stop on top of it.
