Ai Nav 'Tag' lock to item

Now if the player can get the items nav tag he can pin it to a game
item, this will only be possible with friendly robots.

A robot unaware of the player can be hacked, giving the player
access to it's nav tag settings.

usage CTRL + Mouse over AI and press E
(now you have the nav tag at the end of your laser pointer)

now you can 'attach' it with middle mouse to any game object.
