Wired myself on 600mg of caffeine pills when I got up and tried Aimtastic. Got some good sub 150ms reaction times and a single 127ms reaction time (1:35) that I'm certain was legitimate because it was part of a consistently good set that I felt very relaxed during and I had some other good sub 150ms reaction times today. I've had some very legitimate-feeling 130ms approx reaction times in the past and this felt more certainly authentic than any of those were. Outlier but I think it was legitimate. If it was, it's my best ever.
