31Spotted swimming high over the exhibits at the Javits this week: Air Swimmers ($40, www.x-zylo.com), helium-filled, fish-shaped blimps complete with a flapping tail. You get about 4 hours of flying time on one AAA battery, and the balloon must be filled with helium in order to work. It will fly for about 2 weeks before you need to visit your party store for a recharge.
