Some initial gameplay of Aircraft Evolution on the PS4.

A wonderful blend of games like Canyon Bomber (arcade), Looping (Colecovision) and Wings of Fury (Amiga).

You start with a simple plane, upgrade it and buy weapons.

So far, I've run into wipe out the enemy, wipe out the buildings and obstacle course levels.

At some point, your little plane ain't enough, like on the last level I showed where I failed twice (trust me, I failed more than twice) and for levels like this, you need to level up and buy weapons and your job gets easier.

The upgrades to your plane last, but if you buy a bomb and fail the mission, you're out that bomb and have buy more. Points are accumulated after each mission and you use these points to buy stuff - no scummy microtransactions here.

Great fun so far and recommended if you like these kind of games.
