After almost 6 years of hiatus, a new update of Akimbo 2 is on the works, finally making this mod widescreen compatible!
Relive this old mod, now with 16:9 compatibility and improved scripts.
The mod also includes a new playable character. Its special trait? You can pickup weapons and ammunition in the oldschool fashion!
Also, added custom bob to all weapons and added a new game+, so you can start the game with extra xp to unlock additional weapons easier. Or challenge yourself by never unlocking xp.
Improved block mechanics, now only blocks frontal attacks and no longer bugs the invulnerability sphere.
And as usual, optional high res sprites available and compatible with gzdoom 1.8.6 and beyond.
