This is the method I use to export my finished animation to YouTube.

NOTE: I learned after making this video that exporting from Swivel as a MOV rather than as an MP4 will add a noticeable amount of quality. MP4 does make the color look slightly duller, even if there are no compression artifacts or skipped frames. Also instead of AAC it is best to use Raw PCM 16-bit, and this option appears when you switch it to MOV.
