When pages of a manuscript written by Alan Wake are found nearby their whole investigation is thrown into chaos, and with the dead bodies getting up and attacking them, the FBI are left with many questions Where is Alan Wake? Who can they trust in town, which of them are the cultists and which are the innocent bystanders?

With the sherrif taking an unexpected sabbatical can these lone heroes save the world from the oncoming darkness?
And more importantly, can they do it before Deerfest?
