Hello, how are you? Ready to make a delicious recipe in minutes?
A little time in the kitchen with just a few ingredients and a fabulous magic recipe for snacks or breakfast.

Cornstarch Alfajores:
200 grams of flour
300 grams of cornstarch
150 grams of sugar
150 grams of butter
3 egg whites and 1 egg yolk
100 grams of coconut
200 grams of dulce de leche

Place all the ingredients in a ring shape on a table and begin mixing to achieve a smooth, even dough.
When the dough is soft, roll out little by little or all at once. Score and cut circles with a glass. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 8 to 10 minutes (depending on your oven).
To assemble the alfajores, use two cookies, place dulce de leche in the center, and roll them over the coconut, rolling them like a wheel. Super easy to make and delicious to eat.
