The hacker's in-game name is PeckerHead. At the start of the race I noticed that they got extremely ahead within a few seconds, and I wasn't the only one who noticed their massive headstart, so I started recording.

Then after everyone else just finished the 1st lap, Pecker just finished the last lap with a score time of ( 1:07:96 ) in Silrion Coast.
There is not a track in Alicia Online that is physically possible to finish at such a short time (I've tested it and had other people test it, the track that can be cleared the fastest legitimately is Atkin's Desert).

I kept my map enlarged the entire time and if you look closely, you can visibly see their arrow moving towards the finish 9x the speed of everyone else's, as well as going through walls.
