Difficulty level: Hard. Plus the mod.
This mod actually turns the default alien behaving like a needy dog running around you within 30 meters, following YOU everywhere YOU go (that's right, just you) into an unpredictable beast lurking... somewhere. Seriously, you could set a clock using the default alien running his circuits. It was more of an annoyance than a scare factor.

Additional stuff:
- no music
- Dolby Headphone, because the game (just like 99% of other games) does not feature 3D audio (surround is not 3D audio!)

BTW, these are ultra settings and this how the game performs on a lower-end Radeon 6850 (Gigabyte). Excellent optimization!
