Steam Machines have a lot to prove. They're decent gaming PCs, but running SteamOS instead of Windows - so, is the inclusion of a Steam Controller, a compact build, and a great living room experience enough to justify buying one? Luckily, we didn't have to, since Alienware sent us one to fiddle with. But we thought hard about the question anyways.
