To farm Romaritime Flower on land, hit it with any kind of Hydro attacks, then pick it up. There are total of 149 Romaritime Flower in the game, 5 can be purchased, 10 are from trading, another 4 from NPC dialogue, and the rest can be found in the Fontaine wilderness and Sea of Bygone Eras.
