Showing the location of all 33 Hidden packages in the Portland area of GTA3 Definitive Version. I have done these roughly north to south so ignore my in game counter. Keep in mind a couple of these will require you to unlock Staunton Island to collect them

GTA3 has 100 Hidden Packages to find split between the three islands. Your starting area, Portland, has 33 to collect. For every 10 packages you receive a weapon at your safe house (or body armor). Collecting all of them earns the Liberty City Secrets Achievement
