All 7 elemental types for each converted Sister Of Parvos in Warframe, positives/negatives described and showcased in no particular order. Read Description for even more in depth analysis and thoughts that i didn't want to stuff into the video to make it more bloated than it needed to be.
Overall: Unlike Kuva Liches, Sisters of Parvos have more variation in their abilities and don't always have an ability that mirrors their element, giving them more varied play and in some cases significantly more utility.
Envoy sisters will always A pose and slide around when used for on call, and has been a thing since they were introduced and has yet to be fixed, and also have Butcher animations when idle.

00:10 Toxin Element
If the Renewal ability is ever fixed to actually give health regeneration (and it would need to be fairly significant as they have tons of health) they would be moved up to B tier specifically for Railjack content or solo content in steel path. However, the fact they can only mildly distract and slightly avoid damage makes them a poor choice for now.
00:25 Radiation Element
Radiation sisters can be useful to group up enemies sometimes in steel path but the extremely short duration of their magnetize ability and weakness of their polarize make them a one-trick pony.
00:42 Magnetic Element
Magnetic Sisters (yes i say Magenetic in the video) are once again a one-trick pony, mostly casting stomp around to CC enemies and stop them from attacking. Their soul punch creates specters of you when they are your enemy but this ability to create specters is removed entirely as an ally, likely as their specter creation is copy and pasted from the Heqet who's description implies they create specters from anyone but this is false and only is able to create them from players. It will use tectonics too rarely to ever be that useful sadly, as well.
00:58 Heat Element
The fireballs she will launch is horribly slow and thus very inaccurate, only dealing minor damage on contact as well with very short AoE, and her spectral scream locks her in place unless she gets an impact proc during the cast then she fails to use it and it goes on cooldown anyway, does very little damage too. Her warding halo is fine unless she casts it when enemies are not firing on her as it then does not charge and vanishes very fast. Overall fairly weak but with decent cc with stomp, and heat damage is useful.
01:19 Electric Element
Null star vanishes fast but presumably gives her 5% DR to her health when active and she will cast them again if all vanish. Radial blind is good cc but enemies can't be dealt standing finishers from it, and her electric shield sounds useful on paper but as your ally it lasts only a few seconds and does not completely cover her front. The plasmor works very well with electric, being good even against ferrite armor grineer and devastating vs infested and corpus.
01:38 Cold Element
Her balefire will do barely anything, snow globe is weak and does not appear to scale nor slow down enemies inside, and undertow renders her immune to damage but unable to attack.
01:54 Impact Element
Impact is the one i am impressed with the most, and not just because it works well on the Cycron to give it additionally stunning when heat does not proc. Her overload (smite) works just like oberons where the puncture orbs it creates scales based on enemy health making it the only sister ability that scales like this, dealing good damage to armor and doing heavy damage to anything else.
Cursed ground is hallowed ground (giving her two radiation abilities despite being impact based) to give allies status immunity while irradiating enemies to knock out healers and make enemies fight each other for a while. Her blaze artillery is exactly like protea's though the way it aims seems to be independent of the sisters aim when she casts, though still blasts enemies with stacking Aoe heat. So radiation, puncture, heat and impact all in one. Very solid.
CONCLUSION + MORE
So are Sisters worth it to be Converted? Yes and no. Normal crew use mods so their damage will always be better, but do not use abilities. Sisters spawn at level 75 with On-Call making them OP on star chart but somewhat weak on steel path. In addition Sisters used to revive crew on Railjack but as of making this video they don't anymore, if that is fixed they are worth using on Railjack as tanky defenders/healers to keep your crew alive. Just don't use any with abilities that lock them in place.
