Yup, after getting downvoted on my reddit post talking about this bug a couple weeks ago this outcome of DE still not fixing it was not unexpected. It's still pretty shitty though considering liches are useless in every way and Sisters are only good as revive tanks, with this bug they are both 100% useless to have on your railjack over normal crew.
