The hardest things to unlock in Death Stranding is all 13 Lucy's Reports. It requires you to have beat the game and did many Legend of Legends Premium Deliveries to unlock. Legend of Legends deliveries are S Rank deliveries in Hard Difficulty Mode. Lucy is Sam Porter Bridge's wife in Death Stranding and she is the mother of BB Lou (short for Louise). If you read all the reports from Lucy (in the Data/Interviews section of the menu), you get the biggest insight into Sam Porter Bridge's life. Many orders require delivering to or from Heartman's Lab, and deliveries from (sources) Distribution Center North of Mountain Knot City, The Doctor, and Mountain Knot City. Gameplay and walkthrough on PlayStation 4 Pro version of Death Stranding. Note that to get a particular order to appear, you may need to find and deliver many orders TO and FROM the source (not destination) shelter of the order. So if an order is not showing up, go around the map finding shelters to deliver to the Source Shelter (after you have finished all premium orders from the source shelter in Legend of Legends rank).
