Here is an example of a build that maximizes all 7 community boards at the same time. Using secret of success is a must and if you "wasted" them, you'll need to figure out how to make it work for you. You can also farm them end game, but it's a chore. I'll go over my thought process of why I choose the characters for my board. I didn't grind for the secret of success but I did play the game (up to beat the secret boss) and used what I had to max out my board.
