All Walls Must Fall is one of those really interesting concepts that was sent to me by the developers - probably because they just launched a kickstarter campaign https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/inbetweengames/all-walls-must-fall-a-tech-noir-tactics-game

It involved running missions as a special agent in an alternative future where the cold war never ended and escalated into an endless loop of time manipulation. You agent moves around the areas in a fast turn based fasion (like XCOM) has access to time manipulation powers (like Braid) and all the activity gets synced to the music (like Rez)
