Ally Swap Buffering - Echoes of Mana Tech
Hey all, KOL here.
This video's purpose is to explain a technique called Ally-Swap Buffering in Echoes of Mana.
Buffering is when you queue another action in the middle of a currently ongoing animation.
An example would be this: I tap Riesz's Skill 1, Torrential Thrust initiating that skill.
During the animation of Riesz's attack, I tap Skill 1 again, thereby buffering it so she uses that skill immediately after her first one is finished.
You can do this with a variety of actions, such as buffering ST after a dodge, buffering Mega Spirit Magic after a skill or ST, etc.
Ally-Swap Buffering is when you buffer actions and immediately swap to another character. Your initial character will still perform their actions even if you swap to someone else, allowing you to perform multiple actions with multiple characters at once and micromanage your team's actions simultaneously and maximize DPS for your team when mastered.
