Alolan Ninetales-GX! Guardians Rising - Pokémon TCG Live Online Matches #81
4Welcome to another Pokémon TCG Live Online Match video, where we'll be continuing our coverage of the new Pokémon-GX available in the recent Guardians Rising expansion. This time, the star is going to be the gorgeous Alolan Ninetales-GX, which brings a number of impressive attacks to the battlefield. its Blizzard Edge attack does a whopping 160 damage at the cost of discarding 2 Energy from itself. Discarding Energy is normally a very harsh drawback, so I'll be pairing this Pokémon-GX with Flareon from Ancient Origins. Flareon's Ability, Flare Effect, grants Fire-typing to all of my Stage 1 Pokémon, which will allow Alolan Ninetales-GX to use Burning Energy. This Special Energy can be discarded as the result of the Pokémon's own attack, then automatically reattach right from the discard pile. And for a nice healing option, Alolan Ninetales-GX can use the Ice Path GX attack, which moved all damage counters from itself to the opposing Active Pokémon. The opponents are in for a severe case of freezer burn when this Alola form Ninetales takes to the battlefield in Pokémon TCG Online this week!
