On 31 August 2015, the Brotherhood released its new point-and-click horror-adventure game, STASIS, the story of a man alone on an abandoned space ship, with no idea how he got there, where anyone is, or what he should do.
Being a P&C, controls are exclusively mouse-oriented. Hovering over an item or area often provides descriptive text, clicking on something will cause John (your character) to interact with it if possible. Double-clicking on the floor will cause John to run to that location.
The story is set in the distant future, aboard a seemingly abandoned spacecraft called the Groomlake. The main character, John Maracheck, awakens from stasis, alone with no guide of how he got there or what to do. He must work first to restore his own health and then to patch both the ship and his memories in order to figure out what's happened. Often this results in pushing himself to new physical and emotional limits.
Among other things, John is in tremendous pain, with his wife and daughter missing. Time is running out as the Groomlake plunges further into the swirling blue methane clouds of Neptune. Will he survive or even discover what's happened before it's too late? Let's play STASIS and find out.
