While watching my good friend @MisterBWdo a New Years' stream over on Twitch, I decided to mess around and do some more Dax missions to acquire my Acid business in Grand Theft Auto Online.

After completing the mission where the dude gets kidnapped (I know "Intervention" was in the title) I got put back into a public lobby.

After returning from grabbing a drink I noticed a strange sound. Dismissing it as something odd in the stream I was watching, I noticed that the GTA Online lobby chat was particularly active - which was really odd.

THEN - I saw it. I was rank 73 and climbing FAST. I was gaining non-stop RP by standing still in a public lobby in GTA Online. Was this an RP glitch? Is there a cheat code for RP in GTA Online? Or was this just another GTA Online cheaters way of sticking it to Rockstar?

I booted up OBS and captured the GTA Online cheaters you see here.

NOTE: I do NOT CONDONE cheating. I don't cheat (check my COD vids to see this is the truth).

I do find it interesting that this cheater decided to use their bad behavior for 'good'. That is - until I get banned for someone ELSE chating in GTA Online.

Now I understand why we don't have crossplay in GTA:O
