The New Rework Skarner's growing on me quite a lot. I initially liked him decently on PBE, then immediately felt the sluggish slowness draining on me in the first couple of days, but over a series of many losses, I've come away a much better Skarner player and I've started taking some Ws.
Sure, it might have begun with beating a Yuumi Jungle senseless, but the payoff is beginning to show after getting used to his new E ability, Spear of Shojin first, and... Lethal Tempo?

I don't recommend it much, but for some reason I've been using it and liking it. I'm seeing it more like a "good luck charm" than a real rune. Try Press the Attack, Conqueror, Grasp, or Phase Rush for something more generically good.
