Given I'm that "off meta" guy who tries anything and mains AD Thresh, seeing the AP Ratio on Skarner, and how we're playing One For All, I saw fit to be our team's "Wizard" bringing in the magic damage.
However, one 80% AP Ratio, and one 100% AP Ratio, no matter the AoE size, might not be enough to make this melee-only monster any more threatening than a tiny insect.
