+ Fantastic mouse controls, very easy to learn while the movements feel extremely precise
+ A wide variety of weapons to find, equip, and use
+ Great upgrade system, after each level you find weapons and alloy that you can use to increase your shields or energy which you can use to mount multiple or higher grade weapons
+ Great electronic soundtrack
+ Very challenging yet has a nice sense of progression, each level you complete feels rewarding
+ Colorful backgrounds and great looking bright glowing bullets, missiles, and lasers

Seeing how this game only has 16 reviews, I'm going to go ahead and give it the hidden gem award for being such an amazingly fun and replayable experience.
