This is a great play by Colorado School of Mines quarterback John Matocha, who almost certainly few people have heard of. Matocha escapes Shepherd's pass rush and fires a 33 yard touchdown strike to Josh Johnston in the third quarter of this NCAA Division II playoff game, 12/10/22.
Matocha's eye catching play should have easily made ESPN Sports Center's Top Ten Plays of the Day, in my opinion.
