HYPOTHESIS: AMBIENT NOISE SHIELD

The stalker is attempting to find me based on noises (OR SOUND SAMPLES) next to my device. When they achieve a phase lock on my sounds they honk outside to make sure their sounds are synced with my sounds. After that they play a track over my sounds in order to cause random noise in the area. In order to stop that I added one track over their track using another device. The physical effects of the stalking stopped. Now the sounds only happen outside of the area where the devices can be heard.

IF I'M WRONG THEN ALL I HAD TO DO WAS USE ONE EXTRA STREAM OF INTERNET DATA ON MY PARENTS INTERNET ROUTER AND IT CONFUSED THE STALKER. THE STALKER COULD BE MISUSING INTERNET STREAMS COMING FROM THE INTERNET ROUTER. LIKELY, BUT NOT AS LIKELY AS SOMEONE GETTING A SOUND SAMPLE FROM EVERYTHING NEXT TO MY DEVICE.
