Asetek have hit both AMD and Gigabyte with a cease and desist order in a patent infringement dispute, over the R9 Fury X and GTX 980 / Ti. This is due to the waterforce liquid cooling present on these graphics card, and if AMD have to comply with this C&D, both them and Gigabyte could be in a spot of hot water in the PC gaming space.
