The Capsaicin event has been announced by AMD, which will show case the upcoming Polaris range of radeon 400 graphics cards, Fury X2 and also upcoming radeon driver and software. What AMD will show regarding the polaris range of HBM2 graphics cards is still unknown.

Nvidia's latest zauba shipments indicate the their pascal range of cards is getting closer to release, with two geforce pascal cards recently spotted. The two pascals are listed as values of $600 and $900 US dollars.

SK Hynix are stepping up production of High Bandwidth Memory 2 HBM2, and should hit 4GB DRAM modules in 2016 Q3, and by Q4 8GB DRAM HBM2 modules should be in production.
