hey guys! today amd released amd catalyst omega 14.12 and ac unity just got fps higher than any previous drivers. :D this video shows a comparison of
Catalyst Omega on the left side
Catalyst 14.11.2 beta on right side.
rig:
i3 2120 (used this cpu for benchmarking because i wanted to show that this is the minimum performance gain you can get out of this driver)
4gb ddr3 ram
R9 280x 3gb windforce
1100 and 1500 stock clocks
and fps difference can be seen in the video
fps without recording:
catalyst omega: 28fps - 45fps average
catalyst 14.11.2: 22 - 38fps average
