Hey All, in this video I show how to slow down the fan for the Ryzen series of processors.
For reference, I have a Ryzen 3700x.

For some reason, my CPU temperatures were running high, and the fan was running fast and loud in order to cool the chip. It turned out the "minimum processor state" was cranked to 100%, and turning that down fixed the issue.
