AMD Teases Vega Cube - 100 TFLOPS of GPU Performance & Is Vertically Stackable
AMD's Raja Koduri has teased the Vega Cube (for lack of an official title), which as the name implies is a cube comprised of Vega dies. This contraption is touted to offer up to 100 TFLOPS of FP 16 performance / 50TFLOPS of FP32.
From what we can tell, these cubes will be stacked atop of one another, and thus an entire super computer comprised of these ultra powerful vega HBM2 based accelerators should be fairly easy to achieve.
