Hong Kong police detective Keith Brown believes his life as an American Commando in Vietnam is behind him, but it's all dragged up again when he and his partner Stanley O'Brien are assigned to a new case. They discover that drug ring they're investigating is run by the same man who killed Keith's best friend in Vietnam, the evil Soviet general Dimitri "Doug" Karpov.
